We had pre-ordered the baby food from Mum's Kitchen before we left and it was delivered to us the day we arrived in Toronto. It was very convenient since we were travelling throughout Ontario and didn't have time or a place to make food for the girls. There was lots of selection and Mum's Kitchen also advised us on the best foods to make travelling more enjoyable. "As a busy working mother of 3 growing boys, you are always worried about nutrition. Are they eating enough veggies, fruits ? do they drink enough milk? When my youngest son was born, I was approached by Mum's Kitchen. They wanted to know if I was interested in trying out their new idea, froze-fresh food that could be delivered to my home. I could pick my own schedule whether I wanted to do weekly or monthly deliveries, and choose from a standard package or customize my order. Even though I was a veteran mom, I still had questions in regards to my son's nutritional needs. The staff at Mum's Kitchen not only listened to all of my crazy questions, they also had me contact their nutritionist, Alice. She answered all my questions such as when is the best time to introduce meat? when can he start more textured foods? I checked out their website www.mumskitchen.ca you can ask a question to "mum" or even to the nutritionist Alice, any time anywhere! We even discussed how to proceed from simple baby food to more adult food, they listened and answered all of my concerns. I saved the best for last, the food. The food is real, when you open a jar, it smells and looks exactly like it should. They don't use any additives, I mean you open up a jar of broccoili and it smells and tastes like brocoilli. I can't say enough of the excellent staff, service and products at Mum's kitchen!"
